REQ: Advice for exporting 2006 Sport to Germany

I am going to ship my 2006 Ranger sport to Germany. I'm looking for any information I can get. Specifically, where can I get taillights that have yellow turn signals. This is required in Germany. Also, I believe the brake lights must be on their own circuit.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
