Replacing radiator, anything else I should do while I'm at it? '98 4.0 5 spd

It looks like the radiator in my '98 is leaking quite substantially out of the left side crimp where the plastic end cap attaches. Time for a replacement.

Any suggestions on what else to replace while I'm doing this procedure? The hoses and other components seem to be in pretty good condition at first glance, I did the serpentine belt 6 months ago, truck has a modest 114k on it.

replace the hoses, and thermostat while you got the system opened up, also new coolant. 100k+ its time to replace that stuff anyhow.

Buy good quality clamps, not the ones with grooves cut thru them.

It looks clean. No signs that anything is leaking out of it, or that it's ever been touched.

I'm leaning towards sticking to just the radiator, upper and lower hoses, and thermostat. Hoses look original. Thermostat has probably been changed as that fitting is the only non-original hose clamp in use (of the screw-down type, i'll change this back to stock).

It appears that the only replacement radiators available are multi-application, so they all include fittings for the automatic transmission oil cooler. Some include bolts plugging these fittings, some seem to have plastic plugs that keep the dust out... I'll have to choose carefully I guess.
