While doing a tuneup on my new to me 1987 ranger I snapped the red vacuum line. I decided im going to replace all of them since they are all going to snap at some point. I went to autozone and they have the line in 3 foot lengths which doesnt do me any good. Is there a source for these or can I use some other kind of line? Thanks in advance

A big roll of vacuum hose works great. 5/32" if I remember correctly

X2.

Matt I responded to your thread on ford ranger forum too.

I would try a better auto parts store, that's crazy they don't stock vacuum hose in longer rolls. On ebay you can buy silicone vacuum hose in red, blue, yellow, green and black by the foot. I think it would be nice to try and keep the factory colors, just to make it easier to work on.

If this is a 2.0 with a stock carb I would suggest going in another direction...there are other alternatives than trying to revive one of those...main one being swap out the stock carb for something else...getting a new intake...or going FI...

Got some 5/32" line on all the hoses. works great. Thank you for the replies.
