Unless you want to spend as much as the truck is worth on a tcase, no. Hunt the junkyards for one or buy the one that I have for sale.

What he means is just find someone selling a manual shift out of a Ranger. Anything from 1998-current should work. 1997 and down had a different driveshaft for the front.
It is a 1354 by the way.

Which he could use with a 95-01 explorer front drive shaft IIRC.
