Good afternoon all, I am installing a DJM 4/5 kit on my truck and I’m pretty much done but the passenger side sway bar end link doesn’t fit right. The drivers side end link was fully torqued down with no problems. I guess the only park that really is not fitting is the last washer before the bottom nut. Any tips? I also reached out to them.

Untorque the one you had tightened.

Get them both started before tightening.

Might be necessary to put weight on the suspension to get them started... and for sure weight should be put on the suspension before final torque.

Thank you! It worked. All of the bushings are torqued under preload. Now I have to sort out my brakes 😒
