does anyone know how to remove the ovhd console on a 87 B2 4wd??

Very carefully. You need to remove the lights (without breaking the tabs or they will not stay in. Still pissed at myself for that) and under there, theyre should be 2 6-7mm (I forget) bolts holding it up.

Is it the one with the flip down light or the electric 4wd switches?

I have the flip down light one out of an '87 in the back seat of my truck if you want pics of how it goes together.
