I'm thinking about removing my side ranger badges and tailgate badge. I have them plasti dipped now but i think it would look pretty clean without any badges at all. Just looking for some opinions here and maybe a picture or two?

Be aware that there are usually two pins behind the badges, they are used in assembly for alignment only.

^^^That means there will be holes left behind if you take them off.

Holes don't look clean. Holes look stupid. Take it from a guy who's truck is growing holes.

I replaced my side badges with LED signals, filled in the holes with JB weld and touched up the paint with nail polish. Behind the side emblems there is a 5/8" or so hole, plus the two side mounters for pins. See avatar.

The tailgate leaves you with a couple small holes, I covered them with a bumper sticker.

I would put back the badge rather than placing some stickers to hide the holes.

I pulled the badges on my super.
I really don't mind as the holes are small,
and, I'm the only one that notices them.

I like the running &/or signal light idea.

I don't know simple=better the angle of your profile pic there, the way it is cropped, and how the hood disappears into white glare, when I first looked at it, it was a bit reminiscent of certain model years of a Chevy Vega. Of course a vega doesn't have a light up that high or far back.

Nice job with making the lamp look natural!
