hello,

I lift (2 ") on my EXPLORER.
I added a sheet and mounted Rancho shocks (RS 5000) and two new lift shackles
I wonder if I can remove the rear sway bar and sure not to take any risk at the wheel of my truck
I see many members leave the
rear sway bar
Thank you very much for your explanation and advice

I haven't had a front or rear sway bar on my B2 for quite a while now and have had no issues. Better flex off road. Only notice it on windy roads. (body roll) Then again I never take it on the interstate or over 55mph. Not my DD anymore either..

I have 6" lift ,NO SWAY BARS PERIOD and I drive 75+ mph with NO PROBLEMS.BTW tires are 33-12.50 35psi

I've always removed them from every truck i've ever owned. I drive 90+ on country roads with no ill effect.

i've had mine not connected on my b2 and never had issues. hooked it back up for pulling the trailer tho. not b/c of any bad experiences, just b/c...
