Remote MANUAL Mirrors?

Did the Ford Ranger ever come equipped with remote manual mirrors? In other words, the type of mirror with a mechanical "joystick" adjustment inside the door?

I'd like to be able to adjust the mirrors without rolling the window down, but I don't necessarily need power mirrors.

Haven't had every model of Ranger but the ones I have had/seen never had that option.
