I grew up in Lake Havasu City AZ back the day and rode my SACHS 125 to junior high school and locked it up in the bike rack

We wore motorcycle helmet and shin guards steel toe boots and a life vest (old school red ones) and rode flash floods in truck tubes down the street to the lake

I miss the 90's. My truck wasn't so old and parts were easier to come by.

The 80's were my playground. I remember the 1st BII's and how I couldn't wait until I was old enough to drive one. The Scorpions, Rush and Motley Crue. Playing baseball in the street until dinner and then kick the can until dark. A school year seemed to take FOREVER, now it has been more years since I graduated then the number of years I spent in grade school.

I had a brand new apple 2e when I was in first grade....... before the school had one. in 1984 I got a brand new macintosh with a GUI and a color monitor....... and Hard disk drive and a 3.5" floppy drive.

I remember watching new episodes of Dukes of Hazzard, Knight rider, Airwolf.

I remember seeing Star trek in 3d in the theater.

I remember Red Sonja, Conahn the Barbarian and Red Dawn.

I remember my mom trading in her 1979 Z28 for a brand new 1982 T-top Trans-am.

I used to watch Bob Newhart with my mom (not the Newhart show with carol Burnette)..... I also remember Bruce Willis in Moon lighting....... ooohhh oooohhh and Hunter .... and the Equalizer ...... remember the Mustang from Hunter?... the green 1 before the Fox body?

anybody remember playing Smear the Queer ...... or Kill the carrier? we played full tackle football in the street ..... lots of injuries ....

I remember thinking floppy disks were the ultimate way to transport data and having a computer with a intel processor made before the first pentium drive.

I remember Ford tuneup in a can!!! 8 plugs points and condenser, Motorcraft part # TK8.
That was the early 70s. And yes I still have a dwell meter that works.

Huh! I remember having a choice of 2 TV channels, watching the test pattern in the morning until the station came on the air. Howdy Doody. Sky King. Superman. 15 cent burgers. I was a badass biker (LOL) on my Honda
50. The only drugs I knew about were in a bottle in the med cabinet and none of us kids messed with them. You could park your bicycle in the from yard and it would probably be there in the morning.
