i have 31's right now and 3.73's i am going to put a 3inch body lift on and if i put 33's on willl i need a regear right now it gets up and goes pretty good how much of a difference will it make and how noticeable

very noticeable. If its a 5 speed like you say, your clutch is going to a bit of a $hit kickin. I had 33s and 3 73s...it wasnt fun. 4th and 5th gear were useless. Its manageable until you get a chance to regear...but if you dont plan to regear, plan to start getting good at changing out a clutch. If its the 2.9 you have there, i would suggest 4 88s.

i am going to do a 4.0 clutch conversion this summer and how much of a difference is it between 31's and 32's. Also if i get 33's i am not getting 12.5 wide i am getting 10.5 wide will that make a difference at all

its the change in diameter that makes the difference...width wont affect anything (too an extent). Like i said, it will be driveable, but it will suck. Youre going to have to feather the clutch in first to get it going, and use nothing higher than third on the highway.
