Refused to accelerate, now running fine HELP

My truck just scared the hell out of me! I went to bring a friend my power generator because he lost electricity. he lives about 45 minutes away(queen creek) 90 percent down a small road 10% highway. when I was almost home, I got off the highway and stopped at a red light. when the light turned green I hit the accelerator and didnt move. I was freaking out! I hit the accelerater again and nothing. hit it again and away I went as normal. Drove fine the rest of the way home. I put Lucas fuel injector cleaner in today and was thinking maybe as it was cleaning out the yuck that it plugged my injector momentarily? Any help would be appreciated as I cannot have my truck breaking down on me. I need to go to san diego and back two weeks from now

the CEL came up??
maybe its the cleaner doin his work, give another test run to see if the problem repeats
mine does that when cold in the mornings, when recently startd, when warmed up runs fine

whats the cel? no lights came on. i think may be a combo of me accellerating to hard and flooding in the injector

injectors dont fllod, unless something bad is going on i floor mine and never floods, carbs flood.
did a test run?

Yeah I don't think it flooded but maybe I forced the cleaner to jar some of the gunk it was cleaning loose. 87% complete Btw

OK RSH IS A GOD. it was a filthy air filter and MAF sensor. thinks for the step by step while fixing bud
