Recomend me the best 35" mud tire

Of course.
Though if the tire is severely out of balance (not uncommon with bias tires), then there's some possibility you might not be able to fit enough weights on the rim to get it balanced.

i have km2s my buddy has mtrs id say the tires are allmost equal but km2s work a bit better in the mud. its a tire shoot out everytime we go wheelin haha.

If they have to put a ton of weight to balance it, tell them to peel the tire of the rim, and rotate it a 1/4 turn, remount and check again. More often than not it will balance up better this way.
