I have a 1994 Ranger with a 4.0. I just rebuilt the motor and would like to paint it while its out. The problem is, i don't know what color(s) I wanna paint it. If any of yall have any ideas or pictures for ideas i would really appreciate it. THANKS!!

I know we're talking about the motor not the whole car/truck- mine (SOHC) is black from the factory. I'd paint it black.

How about chevy orange:thefinger:
Black always looks good, or Ford blue.

I like the dark Ford blue, that is what I am going to paint my 289.

Black looks good until you are trying to track down a leak...

I was thinkin Old Ford Blue block and oil pan, black valve covers and manifolds, and polished the upper intake. what yall think?

I know, I was just pointing it out :D Yeah I would try that stove polish on the manifold idea sounds good.

Lime green is bitchin.
