rebuild or not to rebuild?

seriously looking into buying an exploder 8.8 with 4.10's, disc brakes and a LS. guy has one for $250. says its in good shape. i'm gonna offer 200 but was wondering if i would need to replace the clutch set. i think it has 123k on it. if i need to replace i'll offer 150. just want some opinions

A buddy of mine bought his Ranger with 95K on it and the stock L/S seemed to still work great. However about 20K miles later it had shedded two of the dog ears off the clutch steels.

I'd plan on a clutch rebuild.

still for 200, thats one helluva deal.
