rear window replacement

So a while ago my rear sliding window broke when I was on a trail. I think I hit my head on it, and the pannel behind the driver's seat shattered. It's still in place because of some window film but i can't see through it well. I've been waiting till warmer weather to replace it and saw how to remove the window on another thread. I was wondering if you installed it the same way you took it out or if it was more complicated? and if it was hard to make sure that it is sealed. thx
