I am trying to do a 1-piece rear driveshaft swap on my 1988 Ranger Supercab 4x4. I am running onto the problem of the 2001 driveshaft I purchased not only has bigger u-joints, but takes a bigger flange for the back of my T-case. I am hoping that someone out there might have either a larger flange for my case and/or the smaller flange for the driveshaft from a 98-00(?). I have already decided instead of removing or relocating the stock carrier bearing crossmember I am going to cut it and install a driveshaft loop. I am planning on installing an 8.8 rear sooner than later, but will still need to solve the T-case dilemma I am in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
