rear spring 1991 Ranger 4x4

Hello from Germany
I just have a problem with my rear spring. On one side I have a broken leave
and it is not possible to get a new one here in Berlin Germany.
I just find out that I can use a rear spring set up for a Mazda B 2200 but I an not sure that will fit. I also find out that my Ranger use a 4" lift with using 2 add. leave at the springs. So has anyone a solution for my problem ? and will the Mazda B220 1984-1997 my Truck ?

the Mazda spring should come from a 94 and newer truck....

also try to look for a Ford Explorer from the same time period for a set of springs...
