He guys,
I have 88 ranger 2.9 stx 4x4 with a BW 13-50 electric transfer case. The problem is that the whole flange, ujoint and 1-piece driveshaft falls off the teeth of the output shaft via "slipyoke" to the ground after a short amount of driving.
How can this be fixed?

Umm, no RBV transfer case has a slip yoke in the rear.

You need a driveshaft, or if this really is a 2WD transmission, you may need some work there.

If the flange is falling off, you either need a non-broken nut to hold it on, or you need a transfer case.

mine is like that, same truck but 6 inch lift and mine is fine at full flex, the out put shaft sheard off long time ago, get a new shaft or t-case ,if you get a new t-case get a manule t-case you can find t-cases for cheap.
