i was wondering if i had to move the front hanger foward 6 inches like plumcrazy or could i leave it where it is? which would i get more lift out of? i know i will need lowerin shackles.

you MUST move the spring hanger forward those 6"

Well... you don't HAVE to move it forward 6"... if you leave it in the stock position though, it will push your rear axle back 6" and you will need a new driveshaft, box, yadda yadda. Just move 'er forward. :icon_thumby:

**edit** It does weaken the front bed mount, but when I did the same on my Ranger I just left it as it was. Plus if it does bend down, it can only go about a quarter inch or so. I never had any problems with it...
