Rear lift; blocks or shackels

hello ranger partners:
I was wondering if any one would mind giving me advice about lifting my truck. Im going to buy 3" lift spindels for my ranger but I dont know what to do on the back. Should I go for blocks? or for Shackels?
I hope u guys can help me out.

If it's a 2wd just don't lift it unless you go long travel. Please?

go for shackles. my truck was about level with a shackle but the 8.8 spring perches i welded made it even higher so slight rake.
