Hi everyone, this is my first post. I recently bought a 97 3.0 ranger for some light house work from a friend. The trucks got some issues (I knew going in).
I'm trying to nail down a blinker/hazard issue right now. The rear R/L blinkers do not work. Front blinkers and all other tail/brake/tag/headlights work. I've already replaced the multifunction switch and removed trailer wiring to eliminate those possibilities.
Do the rear blinkers have a ground point which is different from the rest of the rear lights? I'm getting voltage to the G/O and O/B wires in the rear connectors but no lights.
Yes, I checked the bulbs.
It's worth noting the rear trailer wiring was a real hackjob. Vampire connectors everywhere.
