Since you got a off road truck, as far as I am concerned, the CHEAPEST set you can get, the "Jeg's special" or other off brand.

You are paying for the BRAND NAME and the ONLY reason I would get high quality gears is for quietness, in a 4x4 who cares if you can hear the gears a little more than stock.

well, the truck is a dd and not so much of an offroader.....yet. im taking it to college and dont want to put too much stress on the truck while im there. and i dont want to end up with broken gears while im out there.
i might get genuine gears off of wheelparts or something

4 Wheel Parts blows...

yea i know but if you have a local proshop that does price comparisons, you wait until 4wheel's got a sale, find out how much the proshop sells it for and you save money at the local shop.

and do you need to buy instalation kits too dont you.......?

Better quality gearsets are easier to set up and easier to get the desired pattern. A whining gearset was not setup correctly. Plain and Simple.

Sure do. The two blue boxes above the white box are the install kits for mine.

Yeah +1 for Yukons. They're not expensive, and they work well. I got a set of 5.13's from them sitting in my room waiting to go into my 44.

Pretty much anything from jeggs or summit will work good as long as they are set properly.

well, this sucks.....its going to cost like 500 for em then i need someone to install my front gears.....:annoyed: and i also want to upgrade my radio and speakers, thats another 500 :annoyed::annoyed: its hard to choose between em......

Did you expect it to be cheap? I've paid over $700 so far...I still have to get my lockers.

lol. Change one, you gotta change another. It sucks but it's life.
