where my tires mount to my axles i have about an inch of play where i can pull on my

tires and they slide out about an inch when i pull on the wheels or when im drving around

corners i can hear it move out then back it sounds like a either a thud or chirping is this

normal? if not how can i fix it?

If you have a limited slip, the clutches are most likely worn with a lot of free space in them.

My old B2 with a few hundred thousand on it did the same thing, new clutches straightened it right out. Had to change them out a couple times with the B2, I also changed the axle bearings last time I had them out. Looked and felt good, but I was driving over a thousand miles a week at the time and didn't want to take a chance.

If it's open I'm not sure.

Ken.
