What are the little braces called that bolt onto the frame with the bumper and run at about a 45-degree angle out to the bumper? Bumper braces??? or something else? I've looked in a lot of online parts catalogs but they aren't mentioned.
I was in a four-car fender bender Sunday...blonde barbie texting on her cell ran her Lincoln Zephyr into back of a Black Nissan sedan (totaled it) and pushed the Nissan up under the Chevy Silverado behind me, pushing the Silverado into my rear bumper and pushing my bumper in a coupla inches. Also left a couple of marks on the shiny bumper surface where the Silverado made contact. Bumper is still functional, but Barbie's insurance adjustor will be checking my truck soon.
Would at least like to get both those braces replaced...both are bent a little, passenger side is bent the most.
