Yes, my actual "windshield wipers" have a tiny bit of rust and they are not quite a year old, I replace them once a year but if you notice the WIPER ARMS are nicely painted gloss black.

Ya my wipers r rusted but my blades are new PIAA ones. Ordered from 4wd parts.. They were awesome at first but some times it takes a couple wipes to getem right.. Their weird.. I havent replaced mine.. If it bothers me that much I'll remove em and spray em..
