Re-Introducing myself

Hello all,
I'm finally getting my ranger on the road. Since the winter is coming, 4x4 will definitely be nice to have along with driving the trails with my friends. It's a 1986 Ranger, 4x4, manual hubs, 5 speed, 373 gears limited slip, and currently does not run. I hope to get her running this week and from what I was told the new distributor was installed one tooth off. I hope that will solve the running problem. I am sure more will come along as I continue digging deeper into the truck along with some floor rot I discovered. I hope this forum helps me out alot with my truck..

Good luck man. Where are you from in Jersey? I wouldn't mind giving you a hand if you needed it. If it's one tooth off, start messing with the timing and moving the wires either clockwise or counter clockwise. When you get the right combo, it'll run.

I'm in middlesex county, your ranger is VERY nice, your wheels look good with that color.
