I have a 2006 Ford Ranger Sport with a 3" body lift and 33" tires. The truck is geared with 4.10's. If I get a 4" suspension lift what are the biggest tires I can put on without having to gear lower and just be able to use the 4.10's?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

4.10's with 33's is like having 3.73 gears. With a body and suspension lift you could fit 35's. Not sure what your "simulated" gearing would be with that setup, but I believe there are a few who run that, but you'd lose power, and I doubt your tranny would be happy with it.
33's will probably look small with 7" of lift, but if you want that much lift and bigger tires, you might have to bite the bullet and regear.

You will want to regear to 4.88's.

Don't let Downey tell you any different...

Prices vary with locations, I don't know about Canada, but I'd count on at least $500 per axle for gears and installation.
