Rangerryan's "old blue" DD build

I bought a 1988 ford ranger 2wd a couple years ago from an old couple, who would drive it from Alaska to Oregon and back. We'll they got an anniversary present from their son which was a new truck and they sold the ranger to me for $800.

Here's how she started. I replaced the old rusted out muffler with a glass pack and put driving lights on her.

Then after driving it for almost 2 years I did this.

A little body work but not yet done.

Finally I started to rebuild it. Put a 2" lift in the front and 31s with new wheels.

I'm hopefully going to finish everything before college starts but this where I am at so far.

It does look good. Are those stock wheels from another ranger?

The wheels are from a Jeep but they look pretty much stock.
