i would say, take it for a spin, feel for sloppy steering, clutch and so on, also look under the cab on both sides, and the front of the bed for rust, past that if it runs ok, go for it
 
I saw that on craigslist. I live in Lancaster and if you would like i could go with you to take a look. I'm a mechanic so i may know a little bit more to look at. Not bashing on your skills or knowledge just thought if you would like an extra set of eyes I'd be willing to take a look with you. Let me know asap though
