Richard

hmmm, I checked it out. It looks like you have larger than stock shackles on there, am I right? I need to increase mine by about 1-1.5 inches ( have not measured it yet) to make the rear level to the front, would doing this give me the proper lift? A fellow automotive tech student said that I can acheive better handling by leaving it sprung under, do you agree? My last concern is wheel hop, because I have excessive wheel hop during heavy accelleration (yeah pretty sad because this is only a 2.3L). Honestly, I think that issue could be my crappy tires. Sorry for the barrage of questions but you are one of the few individuals who have the same sprung under setup as I have.

Thanks for reading!

i have used off the shelf perches and cut pieces of 2x1/2 strap, to bolt in explorer axles on my truck before till i could get the perches properly installed. i was busted on the road and had to swap axles....when i was using stock shock mounts, i just used 2 driver side explorer lower spring plates and "flat" u bolts over the springs.

worked excellent.:dunno:

easy bolt in explorer setup
