Ranger vacuum hubs

What was the name of the company that makes the hub replacement for the ranger with PVH hubs?? A website would be cool too.

Guy at work has a 99 Ranger that has FUBARed hubs.

You can find them on the site jspafford listed, or eBay. I think there's 1 or 2 sellers on there with them.
