Looking at those bolts it seems like you only have 1.5 inches of thread on them. If you need them shorter you could always add in washers to shorten it up, but if you need to actually trim them you'll be SOL without a really heavy duty die.

Stop being lazy and start working! This should be done by Sunday at the latest!

Stop showing baby pictures of yourself and finish your truck! :icon_rofl:

hahhahahahaha he had a last minute thing yesterday. i know it sucks, but we area doing it today. trust me today is the day

so here it is
i still need to raise the front bumper. the steering works fine so i think i wont need an extension, the tank hoses work good too. the shifter has a nice height, but i think ill have to add an extension cuz it bumps on the tranny plate or something in the cab floor when i engage 2nd, 4th and reverse.

i couldnt remove the bed bolts with the torx head, so i welded some bolts on top of em to remove

i stared on the bed instead of the cab lol

Right on RSH, keep up that Honduran engineering that never ceases to make badass things out of simple supples:icon_thumby:

Looking good mate. I also noticed your cousin's garage looks an awful lot like a backyard :icon_bounceblue:

You're the shadetree Honduran! :icon_thumby:

Torchin & weldin on them springs, Guess you had no clue they're heat tempered.. Hacksaw, Bandsaw, Sawzall, Jigsaw would be a much better choice and work a lot better on them body mount bolts too.. When ya torching them fenders about 3-4" with some fender flares??
Anxious to see how long before they break, sag or bend into the shape of a pig's you know what... :icon_confused: :icon_welder: :dunno::icon_idea: :shok:
Header panel bolts and a body lift?? I'm really confused now. :icon_confused:
