Hi Guys,
I bought Robbie Woolworths 2002 Ranger Edge race truck last year, and fitted a chev LS2 and TH400 to it. It has a Dixon long travel kit front and rear. I recently raced the Aussie Finke Desert Race with it, but unfortunately the left front spindle snapped at the threads about 35 Miles into the race and caused us to roll over at about 80 MPH.
The truck will be fixed soon, but I'm after some info.
Is there an aftermarket spindle with a bigger, stronger stub axle? Or do 4x4 Ranger spindles fit the 2WD upper and lower control arms and steering geometry?
Is there a supplier of weld in body panel sections? I need a right hand extra cab panel, the panel behind the passengers door.
I'm also after a brake upgrade. Any ideas?
