Ranger Pricing and Online Build Released

Those prices seem pretty reasonable, IMO. Not that I'm actually in the market for a new vehicle, but it seems like a good valuable compared to alternatives on the market.

My supercrew, STX, FX4 in Saber is only $36k. Yeah, that isn't happening any time soon but I am going to keep dreaming anyway.

FWIW both the F-150 and Super Duty's pricing went down a year or two after their last redesign.

Bed Utility package is a joke.

$400 for a drop in liner and 12V? I doubt the 12v is rocket science to add and I wonder how much a spray in bedliner runs...

About $7k cheaper than a comparable F-150.

BTW a factory installed F-150 bedliner is shown as $500.

About $25.5k too much.

Limited to a 4 cylinder gas (even if it is an EcoBoost), no regular cab 4wd option. Price way higher than I'm willing to pay.

No thanks, I'd rather drop the money on a used good shape F-150 or F-250.

It’s tempting to go full size but I don’t like the bulk they have gained.

So I keep patching up my old F-150...

Back up three times and punt.

Pricing is down now, it takes you to the Fiesta...

I was able to run through it briefly earlier. It looked like the top of the line Lariat with all the bells and whistles came out to around 43K. Seems a bit expensive considering other similar midsize trucks on the market, but I'll have to do a little research.

TRD Pro's and ZX2's are not cheap either.

Also, I drove a 15 f150 this weekend. Huge. I don't think I need that much real estate in my truck. Good thing it had a backup camera.

What surprised me was that the regular cab was (listed as) available, in any configuration at all.

As most articles suggest, it's probably fleet only.

The base 4x4 pricing is around 40 bucks less than a base Colorado 4x4

For a few years now I have been perfectly comfortable pulling 250 and up trucks in and out of tight spots, but have felt the F-150s to be too large.

I wonder what a base model 4x4 will list for.

Ford needs to offer a no frills base model 4x4. Something that doesn't look like a cheap fleet truck.

I read this today:

The trucks that have made the greatest year-over-year improvement in 2018 are GMC Canyon, Chevrolet Colorado, and Toyota Tacoma. In fact, Chevrolet Colorado's year-over-year sales have risen a whopping 38.9% compared to this time in 2017.

The interest mid size trucks appears to be growing at a pretty good rate.
