Ranger dually

I recently purchased a 1988 ford ranger dually. It looks stock how can I tell? I have tried to put a picture on but it is not working.

My take on it>>>>

==========================================
Looks like a EXCELLENT V8 project to me............stuff some Hoosier 29x15.50x15 Pro Streets on some 15x14 wheels inplace of them dually rims and you'd have a KOOL Phantom dually Ranger!

I have seen one bagged parked next to a 90 F350 at a car show it look like a mini me truck

looks like a jc whitney special (you can get the adapters and fenders from them). i do like the look though :icon_thumby:

my vote is to narrow the bed, and make a single wheel stepside.

that truck looks real familiar. did you happen to buy it in north-west arkansas?

It's cool. It needs a 3/4-scale gooseneck deckover to pull. That's what I'm thinking of doing with my B2. I have a 14-bolt and a Ranger cab. Use the full-width axle like a dually axle, but use a single fat tire and a flatbed. And an 80" wide deckover. With my little dozer on it, it will look sweet.

wow that looks like an intersting proyect will.
and about the dually ranger...thats so cool!!

Guy up the street from me has one. He is always trading cars so, if anyone is interested I would be happy to get the info. for them.

I saw a blacked out first gen (I think) Ranger with duallys on my way home the other day (from Auburn to Enumclaw). It might have been a second gen truck, but I didn't get that close of a look at it since it was going the other direction.

It looked awesome!!! Mainly because it was a dually, but the all black just added the icing on the cake.

Yeah, I'm the guy doing the third gen build (slowly but surely). Yeah, I'm curious as to how your dually is put together, is it still the 5 on 4.5" lug pattern? Are the rims regular Ranger rims? Does it have a full float rear axle? 4wd or 2wd?

I agree with what everyone else has been asking:
:worthless:
