Ranger Cruise Control Buttons

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarker supplier that makes hard plastic Cruise Control buttons for 2003 Rangers? Live in Hawaii and the extreme heat and UVs destroy these buttons. Installed some OEM Motorcraft buttons so we will see how long these will last.

No buttons or any plastics hold up well in direct sunlight, covering dash and steering wheel is best bet

A few of us hit local pick and pull yards. Chances are good the ones in your area probably haven't had an easy life.
