the truck looks pretty good, whats the plans for it?

this summer when i broke my transfert case output shaft i try to built 1 with 2 cause i didnt find a t-case with 2 yoke for the output shaft, the front was always a slip yoke, so i take a 1350M and a 1350E (or 1354?? i dont know) and drill the case to install the shifter in the electric case. it was complicate but it work! i drill it with my co-worker on a milling but during a mud drag the t-case beging to snap gear in compression and finally somethings happen and i lost the front wheel drive. i didnt open it yet to see whats happen because i finally find one with 2 yoke output shaft.

this winter i plan to install a dana 44 from 1969 bronco. i check the page of UrbanredneckKids build thread Kyle M and josh40601 and i really like their fabrication, you work greats guy! your job are good models for me!

but i wan to know, i wan to replace drum brake on the d44 and i have a ttb from f-150 1985, does the knuckle could fit? its the only part of the swap i didnt understand well , sorry i'm not a perfect english man!

thanks for watchin and comments!

man truck looked good an seem to work quiet well keep us updated on the build

Baby Ford... nice:D

Dude that sucks big time. But I do like the 92. The gray photo shows you put a lot of work in it. :icon_thumby:

BTW, '69 Bronco's had dana 30 front axles.

yeah but i check tube diameter, axel and few things and they are the same? is it the gear that are smaller?

they use the same u-joint

the only thing that i see it theres no ball joint, its king pin

D30 has a plate with 4 bolts on top of knuckle, d44 has one bolt in the middle with a castle nut on top of knuckle. It's possible the original owner swapped in a d44 out of a newer EB

so the only difference is the king pin vs ball joint??
