Rangebe...version 2.0

Yea...my mastercraft 4.5" angle grinder was 19.99 plus taxes.....and Ive returned it 7 times, no questions asked. Sure, Id love to have a nice Walter grinder, but its hard to say no to 20 bucks for a couple years....

i'm the same way... my el cheapo harbor freight one that i got on sale for $12 is 3 years old, I got a dewalt a few months ago and had to take it back after using it twice. :icon_confused:

Small update...got some parts in the mail. A pair of 1.25" shank forged bushings. Here is a picture next to a 1.25" heim, and beer can.

Dammit Boy! I still can't believe your going to paint it 1980s gold and black. lol

lol no gold boys. Going to be black, with orange accents, and some sort of charcoal colour.

Oh ok. "....this is Halloween. This is Halloween...." lol

I'm just messing with ya. Everything looks awesome man. I love all the plate work. How did you get it to form to the metal?

:thefinger:

I dont have a torch, so I used what I had...a large bicep and a ball peen hammer :D

Got a bit of time to start on the radius arms, and also got my 2" 0.250 wall DOM home.

Most dezert guys make their rad arms out of 1.75 0.120 wall DOM, however, I build things for the apocalypse... this is 0.250 wall 2" DOM vs 0.120 wall 1.5" HREW......
