Coil buckets will be gone...16" dual rate remote resi coilovers will do the dampening job.

Well here they are,

37x12.5R17 BFG KM2's....they only have 400 km's on them and still have the little nibs, managed to get them for $1100.

Also tore the passenger beam apart and relocated the lower ball joint outwards 1", will allow for camber correction for approximately 4-5" of lift.

When relocating the lower BJ's, make sure to keep the knuckle bolted in place. Reposition the lower BJ socket, and weld it all in place with the knuckle attached. This will ensure the ball joint alignment/spacing stays the same. It isnt shown in these pics, as I took the knuckle off afterwards for pictures sake.

Ill fill in the small opening tomorrow, and do the drivers beam as well.

Stay tuned.

And added gussets to the ball joint since I spaced it out....

Interested in some 2.5"x14" King air shocks???? Huh??? They are brand new....

I would, but I need coilovers...this thing is going to see more fast pace stuff than crawling. Thanks though....

Got some ambition and went back out to the shop. Finished up the passenger beam, clearanced the window, and ground everything smooth. Installed it for hopefully the last time before plating. Moving the lower BJ out 1 inch allowed for about 3 inches of lift (camber corrected). I positioned the tire approximately where it will be. The truck will sit at this height or a bit taller.

Ill be picking up a set of fibreglass prerunner front fenders and rear bedsides this summer, how wide and big of a bulge do you guys think I should need?

Pics can be decieving, whats your wms-wms and rims width/backspacing?

My 5" fenders would just cover 17x9's with 4.5" BS on a 66" F150 D44,

Just went out and measured. WMS-WMS is 70". No typo, I measure wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface twice...first time it shocked me that it was so wide.

I havent bought wheels yet. They will most likely be 17x9 steelies, as I will add a set of beadlocks to the outer lip. Backspace will be between 4.5-5".

Oh...and what brand are your fenders, and where did you get them from?

Well seeing as you're running copykat's brackets for Dana 44s and that would give you 4" per side, but you extended yer "54" a few (I forgot exactly how much) inches, and seeing as you're running honking 37s, I would do at least a 6" fender with as much rise possible (so if your tires stick out a bit it's not too big of a deal), or a one piece hood conversion kit.

Mine are McNeils, I bought them direct from him outta cali. Your best bet for 'glass is BC super trucks, good pricing.

I'd go atleast a 6", with my 69.5 wms-wms and beadlock 8" rims with 3" BS I'm 8" outside the fender with a 15" wide tire....

Axle WMS-WMS is 70", much wider than the 54", as the D50 outers are substantially wider and bigger.

Thanks for the tip on the glass wahlstrom...wondering if I couldnt have it shipped direct from McNeil to an outlet just over the border and go pick it up...

I called them to do just that a few months ago for bedsides...

BC ST could get them to me for $100 more then the cost of the bedsides from McNeil...

McNeils shipping cost was just over $400... they told me to contact BC ST, lol

it may be more then its worth to u but you can get a full glass kit to make a ranger look like a miny raptor
