hey guys i want to replace my radius arm bushings, i plan on grinding and knocking the rivets out of the brackets, does anyone know what size bolts i need to get before doing this to replace the rivets?

1/2" x 1.5" Grade 8. Make sure to use thread locker and lock washers along with flat washers on each side.

That is if you drill them out first.
Lock washers are the devil. Use stover nuts or a nylock nut.

7/16 bolts will work out better if you don't drill the holes out. Make sure you use new grade 8 bolts and nuts.

Yeah 7/16" bolts are fine for the RA brackets.

thanks for the help guys, i appreciate it, i didnt feel like drilling them out and then going out and trying to find hardware lol. that info should be added to the tech page

You are FAR better off slightly enlarging the hole to get a TIGHT FIT on a 1/2" bolt versus using a 7/16" bolt that fits the hole loosely.

The one place you don't want stuff moving around is on suspension mount brackets.

I actually reamed the holes in my frame ond on the brackets
to a press fit on the unthreaded shank of a 1/2" fine thread bolt

I DO NOT want that stuff moving.
