Radius Arm Drop Brackets

I've installed a 6" skyjacker lift kit on my 1991 Ranger supercab. Until I have the money, I've got the radius arm drop brackets. But when I installed them, the two bolts that go up into the frame will not go back in. The holes don't line up (I guess there were drilled wrong?). Right now I've only got the two outside bolts in. Also there is a third hole on the brackets that wasn't on the stock ones (See 2nd pic).

I'm guessing I shouldn't drive it without these. What should I do? I don't know why, but I'm worried about drilling the frame. Is there another option? Smaller bolts? Should I drill the brackets or just drill the frame?

Start drilling. Not uncommon to find some bolt holes not quite lined up.

Yep. That one in your 2nd pic is obviously waiting for a hole to be drilled (didn't the instructions say you're supposed to drill a hole there?). The rest can be chased through with whatever size drill bit the bolt calls for (probably ½").

k sounds good, what grade of hardware should i buy for the one that isn't drilled? It didn't come with hardware. Gr 8?

Grade 8 should be good, yes.
