I was wondering if anyone knew of a company that makes a RA bushing higher than 7 degrees for a Dana 44 out of a 79 f150....

I think you asking about the c bushing on the rear itself? I don't know of any if your looking for more adjustment you need to start looking at radius arm drop brackets they do make a spacer that goes in between your radius arm and frame to extended it down two and three-quarter inches or they make one solid piece that's a 4" inch drop

Yeah they're what I'm talking about, I have the 7 degree bushings in and the drop brackets installed and I'm worried that I don't have my pinion on a good angle, it's pretty close to being level with the ground. I'd like to angle it up more

Now that I think about it though, the stock bushings should angle it up?

Yes, but you need to find out what degrees your caster is at and that's how you set up the front end. If I remember correctly it should be 3° Positive so the will return to center after you make a turn and it tracks straight you need to get it aligned to tell you where at now and adjust accordingly with the right degree c bushings.
