Radiator leak

My B3000 has developed a leak in one of its lower corners. It only leaks on cold mornings when I go out to start it to let it warm up. Once the engine is fully warmed up it quits leaking. This morning it was 33*F and it didn't leak at all; so it's only below freezing temps that cause it to leak. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? I've ordered a new radiator to replace this one. Also any tips on properly refilling a radiator? I noticed that in the 3.0 section of the tech library it says that those engines can get an air pocket in the hose if not filled right. Thanks --Ben
