Radiator Cap not Holding Pressure

Hey All,

I had my radiator cap checked while my the oil was being changed, and it isn't holding pressure. Do I replace the Cap itself, or should I be looking for another problem thats causing the cap to not hold pressure?

There cheap just replace it, at the rad shop whenever we did a system flush we'd replace it no matter what cause they do wear out. No the rest of the system should be fine,
