Raceranger's 4x4 Build

Hey dude this thing is bad A. Good work. Glad to see you're still getting after it as well. What leaf pack did you run in this truck? I'm currently talking with Deaver about making a custom rear pack for my truck, was curious what you used here off the shelf

Cheers.

Leave it black or paint it white like the other one?

Not 100% sure which pack it is. They measure 59" eye to eye unladed and have a ton of arch. looking back at pcs of the Giant 64"s I had on the 97 back in the day, its very similar.

Since buying this truck the heater has been useless. When I redid the cooling system I made sure all the lines were hooked up and flushed the heater core, all good but no heat. Figured it was a blend door issue, checked those the other night then was really stumped. Well after some poking around, apparently the steel lines going under the intake were completely clogged with gabagoo allowing zero flow to core. Eliminated those lines and blows hot af now.

That's nasty. I'd be concerned about the radiator at that point.

Looks like Barsleak...

Recently had it cleaned and pressure tested by a radiator shop.

It can't leak if the cooling system is plugged...

His build thread really is one to read. I skimmed through it this afternoon trying g to write a short blurb for the calendar.
