Raceranger's 4x4 Build

yeah, they will hold the weight of the drivetrain fine, but probably won’t take a hit very well. That’s why I wanna have a belly pan under all of it.
In my case I think I'm over thinking the load on the radius arms under heavy suspension loads and impacts... My junk doesn't do rocks, it's more like your other ranger but with front drive, and WAY less air time :). Both your builds are inspiring, getting anxious to get my V8 Explorer TTB setup started/done so I can play with it in the dunes...

Ya definitely need stout radius arm mounts on go fast trucks. I've seen all kinds of stuff bend/crack in the desert.

This efi 302 is going to sound and perform great. I looked up the event you will be at, it's a bit to far to drive at this current time...mainly due to poor health. Mojave desert, as I have lots of memories in that area of the desert, and would like to go, I'm unable at this time.

To see both in action would be a dream come true. Perhaps in the next couple of months, I could possibly drive to your shop and do a meet in person?

Come on by! I’m pretty much always at the shop.

Outstanding...

Your truck just keeps getting better!

Well it’s all in there! Trans is acting up a bit so hopefully that’s an easy fix. Low Low is sooo Low.

The lakebed is a mess from all the snow from what I've seen, gonna be interesting this year

Welp she survived KOH! This thing creeps through the big rocks really well now. Can’t believe the only body damage I got was a tail light. Very first thing I did with it was pull it off the trailer and go up chocolate thunder which was a little intimidating and stressful learning how to use the Atlas in such an intense situation, but it went right up. Throughout the week it got much easier to shift.

Love 'em. Especially the night wheeling shots.
