I was wondering if anyone knew if a chevy s10 3" lowering springs and lowering blocks work on a ranger.

Nope you will need a flip kit in the rear, if you just add a block it will lift the truck. Check out my site or shoot me an email brian@illusivefabrications.com if I can help you out with any lowering parts or product specific questions.
