Hey guys. Havent been on here in quite some time. But im finally back in a ranger
so heres my issue, i just finnished up my front spring hangers, shock brackets, and new shocks (thanks jim for the best price around and ridiculous fast shipping ) and i also put a set of explorer springs in the rear. 2 door ones
so. My issue is. That with the way i bought the truck, stacked blocks in the rear for the 4"lift and the explorer springs i have about 6 or 7" of lift in the rear and 4 on the front on a good day (super cab 4.0l) so. Wich of the blocks do i take out. The factory with the integrated bump stops or the rough country blocks that are wedged. And would anyone suggest putting a wedge in there to correct the pinion angle

Eventually i plan on doing belltech shackles and no blocks at all. Is this my best option and if so should i put a wedge in and ( never used them before) how big of a wedge should i buy....
Thanks

Fifty some views and no ideas. Im thinking that my best bet would be belltechs and no blocks..... but just trying to confirm my theory ..... im a fairly skilled mechanic but i still have. to hear im not crazy berore i dive into something like this
This is my dd so it doesnt see much off road use. But it does see plenty of scrap metal and the
Occasionall trip to the shore with my motorcycle trailer

Best bet would be a shackle or add a leaf and depending how bad the pinion angle is you might want to get a wedge to correct it but you will need the final ride height and pinion angle before worrying about that.

Be careful with those beltech drop shackles they bend pretty easy...
