yes it should. the mazda and ranger used the same chassis. actualy everything is the same except for a couple cosmetic things.

i just noticed its a 2wd-vs-4wd. probably not then.
the pipe by the crossmember is going to be different for the t-case.

my 93 2.3 reg. cab has a system off a 98 4.0 super cab on it.

Thanks guys, turns out I needed to steal the muffler off the Mazda exhaust for my '03 anyway, I guess I don't feel as bad for doing that if it most likely wasn't going to fit the '94 (I was gonna give it to my boss for a plow truck)
